This townhome sleeps up to thirteen people with the following bedroom configuration:

Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom with a steam-shower

Guest bedroom #1 with King bed and en-suite bathroom

Guest bedroom #2 with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom

Guest bedroom #3 with Split King (configured as King or Two Twins) bed and en-suite bathroom

Bunk Room has a King bed with a Twin XL above plus another bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities.

All en-suite bathrooms have heated floors.

Completely renovated in 2019/2020, you can walk upstairs to the modern top floor great room of this multi-level, three-story, four-bedroom (plus bonus room), six-bathroom townhome that comfortably sleeps up to 13 people.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and overlooks the spacious living room area just below. In addition to the mountain modern décor, these rooms feature expansive seating air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, and a 65” TV over a large wood-burning fireplace.  Enjoy these open living areas with windows on three sides, including a large western facing picture window overlooking the Beaver Creek valley and the Strawberry Park lift.

Guests enjoy a private year-round outdoor hot tub that seats eight adults. There are also smart 55" TVs in each bedroom plus a smart 65" TV in the living room, all with cable. Strong WiFi is available throughout the unit.  Living Room sound is provided through a Sonos system plus a Sonos Move portable speaker that can be enjoyed on the balconies or near the hot tub.  All necessities are provided for our guests.

Guests will delight in having two balconies to enjoy. For your convenience, the one located right off the living room is covered and stocked with firewood for the winter. To enhance your summer experience, breathtaking views from the other large balcony invite guest to dine around an eight-person dining table while cooking on the provided Weber propane grill.

This townhome is unique with its three parking spaces, one that is in a heated garage and can fit a full size suburban, plus two outdoor reserved spaces.  Additionally, guests enjoy the luxury of hanging their skis and storing their boots in the heated garage so they are dry and warm for the next day.

Ski access is a short walking distance to the Highlands base area where you can ski directly down to the Centennial Lift in the main village area.  At the end of the day, simply ski back to the Highlands skiway for a quick walk back to the townhome.

Also, if you don’t feel like taking a short walk or skiing to the Village Center, a complimentary shuttle is available from 7:00am to Midnight that will take you anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. 

This residence includes an alternate-day housekeeping service for stays of four nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.
